who does this no belong to?

Luckily I was busy washing up last night.  Just ignore them.  If it's really an important call, they'll call you back again.

I rec'd several calls from this number (8198 6598) over a few days in Nov 09, when I answered there was nothing at the other end. Eventually I called it back, and got a msg to call 1 300 785 209 if problems. This is another pesky number (see mention at https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/0281986598), apparently belonging to Insight Call Centre Services, http://www.insightccs.com.au/. I called them and asked to be removed from all their lists, but still got another call two days later. Nothing since then. My number is already registered on the Do Not Call register (https://www.donotcall.gov.au/), but of course, charities (and politicians, etc.) are exempt from compliance with that. "No" never really means "No", does it?
Best approach is to reinforce to any charities that if they use this company, or do any cold calling, they will receive no donations from us.
