This person called me today, yesterday I receive multiple calls from the same area code as this one. Who is this person? I'm sure I'll be receiving more.. 7:30 pm Dec. 7th 2016

Same as others above.  They called last week and I told them we are not interested and hung up.  They called right back and I told them we are on the do not call registry.  They told me they are not tele-marketers, they are doing research so that doesn't apply to them.  I told them we are not interested and hung up.  Now they call every 10-15 minutes, or so every evening.  At this level of calling, this has to be just to harrass as they aren't looking for research at this point.  We have turned the ringer off. so now the phone is useless.

Keeps calling no answer.... Call back busy signal 3 time in 15 min

I got about 9 calls from this number last evening.  No message.
