I have had the same calls.  They threaten me by saying I owe money also and I have to go to court.  What has happened with you in this situation?  What has been the outcome?  I work for a law enforcement ageny and they are saying they will go to my work and tell them that I owe money so I can get fired.  They have all my info email address, last 4 of my social, my house address, where I work did anything happened to you?

So did you ever get subpeoned from these people and have to go to court?  I had the same thing happened to me this week.  They are saying I will have somebody at my house to serve me.  I am scared and with also telling me they will go to my work place which is the CHP & tell them what I have done wrong so I will get fired if I don't pay a certain amount of money!  I am just taking my vacation day and gonna wait & see what happens.  Because I never received any documentation or a bill from this place Instacash!
