SCAM!  the IRS does not contact by phone

I returned their call and after further inquiry, they hung up on me three times. At all times I asked to speak to a supervisor. The fourth time I called, I asked that they do not call me and needless to say the person on the phone asked me to kiss their a** and suck their d***.

I received  a call from 832-241-5105 this morning stating in a recorded woman's voice that the IRS HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ME AND HAS A LWSUIT AGAINST me and to call the number. When I called a man answered "IRS" I stated why are you pretending to be the IRS and to stop calling me. The phone went quiet and he hung up on me. Such a scam!!!

I got the same call as everyone else. I called them back and was informed that I had been calculating my taxes incorrectly from 2005-2013 and I owed $6862.14. I told them I wanted documentation on this and he informed me that they had sent 2 notices to my address. I told him I had not gotten anything and asked again for documentation. He said I could not get documentation unless I paid or went to court to fight it. I told him my attorney and I would fight it. He said OK and hung up.

Got the same call today. Same answer from this wonderfull "IRS" wanna be . Just another one of hundreds of scams out there.....All we can do, report to "Do not call.gov".

Keep getting calls from this number saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us.  We never answer it, because we figure if the IRS wanted us, they would let us know by mail.  We also figure if it was really IRS, then "IRS" would probably appear on the phone screen instead of "unknown name"

As with everyone else, this was a robocall purporting to be from the IRS saying that a lawsuit had been filed. Even if the IRS did contact people by phone, I'm pretty sure the caller ID would say "IRS" and not "Rosharon TX." Needless to say, I did not call back.

Received a computer call from 832-241-5105 saying it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit and to call back immediately. I called the number and they "pulled my file". They had my daughter's name. I said I was not that person and they hung up. The individual who answered the phone had a heavy Indian accent. I tried calling back and keep getting a busy signal.

Yes, I started saying I was reporting them (and I did) and who in their right mind would believe she was from the IRS.  They hang up and then block your number (because then I tried from another number and got through).

Robotic voice claiming to be the IRS, threatening that they are filling a lawsuit and saying to call this number immediately. This is a scam. The IRS will  never contact you by phone, they only send letters.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Do not call these scumbags back!!!!!!
