    Call back gets, "Thank you for calling Rogers Ambassador Team.  All our agents are busy assisting other clients but rest assured we will call you back shortly."  Goes on to repeat the message in French.  According to the Rogers Community Forum, they call customers who have recently requested to cancel their service.  Here's the link regarding that question:
