Called just before 7pm.. left no message but probably a scam.

Number that starts like gouvernent departments numbers and they aren’t.

The person can only speak french， can't understand， suspicious scam.

Debt Collection Scam

It was an automated poll/survey in French (about vaping).  The sound was bad and the recorded message claimed there was a content to win prizes as phone participants.  Seems dubious: it does not seem like a survey done properly by professionals.

C'est un sondage automatisé en français (sur le vapotage).  Le son est de mauvaise qualité et le message enregistré prétend offrir aussi un concours aux participant-es téléphoniques.  Ça me semble très louche.  Je ne crois pas que ce soit un sondage fait dans les règles de l'art disons.

Cannabis survey
The number left a message that starts by asking you to press a number to have the message in english. No matter the number pressed, the voice continues in french (I think Quebec french?). The first question asks if you've consumed cannabis in the past 6(?) months, or not. Pressing a number does nothing and the voice repeats the question until the answer quota is reached. Then the call ended.
