Difficult to understand the message about a property on Massasoit Ave. The caller said to call 833-623-8998.
This scam has been around for at least 3 years.

Threatening you if you do not respond that your name and credit will be ruined.

Actually called from this number 214-226-9139 but left the 833 # for me to call. Threatening legal action and ruining my credit if I do not step up and take action to resolve the debt. I have no outstanding debt. I think it's a scam or fishing call.

I have received two calls this past week from the same number with my last 4 of my social, my address claiming they had attempted to deliver documents for a court case for a debt collection (I don't have any) and if I didn’t respond or call them back, they would be forced to send it to the courts as a non appearance. Absolutely disgusting and insane. This world is evil!

Call back got, "Thank you for calling Alexander Carmichael and Associates.  All our agents are busy with other clients, etc."  I've searched for a website for Alexander Carmichael and Associates debt collections but could not find one.  I found a law firm by the name of Alexander Carmichael but I don't know if it's the same firm.  I found a LINKED page for a Kali Bloomquist who claims to be a debt collector at Alexander Carmichael and Associates,LLC in New York.  I also found an online lawyer site in which a person posted a question about this same collection agency.  You can read the lawyers response:
