They call three and four times per day.  When I finally did get a human being on the line I could barley understand what they were saying.  They claimed to be from Brinks and were looking for Robert Carson.  I am not Robert Carson and I have NEVER done business with Brinks.  I told them not to call again.  An hour later they called.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC and will continue to file complaints until something is done.

I got a call from these idiots today saying they were from Brinks Collection Department; said his name was Earl and had a heavy accent. The scary thing is they have my name, address, email and phone number; he repeated it to me.  Told me I owe them $80.00 and said a lot of other things about my bill. Said I could save some time and money by paying by credit card online with him. I said okay, gave him a bogus credit card number and date and them the finale was I told him this was a scam, I had recorded him, was going to report him and them told him to
$%$ off before I hung up.

They are relentless.  Three or four calls a day every day.  They never leave a message.  Finally I started answering to see who it was.  Spoke to 3 different persons in last 2 days.  They claim they are from Brinks Security.  Keep asking for different people's names when they call, names I've never even heard of.  I tell them they have wrong number, but they continue to call my number.

Brinks Security is a home monitoring security company. They used to be Monitronics and changed their name to Brinks. They have door and window alarms. They are relentless if your bill is paid late.

I can barely understand what she was saying. She wanted me to give her my credit card number to paid off the bill. I have no idea what she is talking about.
