Just for fyi- if you call individuals at work you can be sued! You do not verify if  you are talking to the write person and you call them at work you can be sued!

You people make me laugh....a collection agency calls you advised you that they are calling on behalf of the Ontario government and instead of trying to work with them and find out why you may owe money, to run from your bills and encourage others to do the same you put these post up to indicate that the call is fraud.....FYI they are collecting for the government and thankfully I did not listen to the nonsense that is written here and I was able to work out paying a bill I actually owed.

If it is with a collection agency, the damage is done. The only person you are paying is the criminal collection agency. They are not collecting for the government, they purchased the right to contact you from the government but they have no power at all and the government has stopped trying to get what you owe to them.
You are a fool, all you did was pay a collection agency.
