Today they claimed to be from Sears Canada

Just got a call no voicemail left who are these guys

They keep calling and leaving messages without identifying who they are or what the call is about. They just say to call back. Ah. No.

I keep getting the same thing!

I want this number to stop phoning me 844 809 9195

Stop calling me.

This same voicemail keeps on calling calling 3 or 4 x a week leaving a message that I have a business matter to deal with them.  I found out it is a scam and they use different numbers all the time but the same strong demanding female voicemail.

This number calls never leaving a message. Too bad I never answer Any 800 numbers they can leave a message.

These people are EOS Canada they claim to be a debt collection agency, but offer no solid proof of how they got your information or what the debt is truly about. Will ask for your current home address and other personal information. Do NOT give them anything. They are scam artists. They have been harrassing me and my husband for months claiming he owes a debt he could not possibly owe.

They are debt collectors its a sneaky way of getting around whats called "statue of limitions ". when it comes to collection agencies once they aquire your past due accounts from the holder of the account wether its visa , mastercard , sears any financial instution they have a certian amount of years to claim the owing amount before transunion or Equifax will no longer allow them to report against your credit score . after they reach the period of "statue of limitations" (which in alberta is 2 years) in your province or state it will differ , they are no longer allowed to contact you so they will call an hang up or leaving a message for you to contact them but not say who they are , if you contact them in which you would break the rule of "statue of limitations" putting you back to square one in the collections world meaning they can harrass you an further damage your credit score. All debts if you dont contact them or agree to pay anything after six years to the day of the last payment on the deliquint account will come of your credit score in the sense that they stop reporting negative scores if you update your credit score/report info keep in mind that debt collectors can see that too an is usually where they get your numbers from. Please goggle the term "statue of limitations" for you province or state. And if more info is needed contact Transunion or Equifax they are credit report/score companies not debt collectors an hopefully give you more information about how credit scores work / how to build as well what damages your scores till then screen your calls.

These harassers are disenchanted democrats who were steeling time from their employer hence could not find a real job

This number calls me 4-6 times a week, really annoying.. something about eos Canada and urgent business matter and give you some nu,her that's your reference number..

Would like these [***] to stop calling me. Just got my phone number and a different number calls me every second day from the same company trying to get hold of the person who previously owned this number. Its a different number every time so either the collection agency uses a masking service or they pay altogether too much money for that many lines on that many different exchanges. Regardless, it is annoying and I would like these [***] to harass the right person for once.

If you receive a call, pick up the phone and pay your debt.
