Same message.  When called said that I owed money and would be serving papers.  Then stated they saw where declared bankruptcy but it was "dismissed" and that I still owe.  Funny thate they were named in the bankruptcy case and I have been making payments to the bankruptcy court for the last 4 1/2 years!  Said that they will still serve papers and I can take papers to court.

Same thing message on my voice mail I would be served with papers at home or work within 24 hours and if it were at work I'd need a supervisor didn't say my name or any name for that matter callEd back lady answered the phone b d associates

Wow what complete and total morons. Its sad to think that possibility 1% of the people they call may believe what they are saying.  I really don't want to help them in their bottom feeder pathetic scam but I can't help to add 1) if you were delivering a summons you don't call the person to give them a heads up to not open the door for you and 2) theirs a clerk of court web site now for the vast majority of counties that allows you to see pending court cases.

yes same here. this messages was threating about to show up in my job, to sign papers, and a supervisor needed . this is a new number, I don't know  why they are calling to this number

I just received the same message from William Tennyson. I  blocked the number. It's scam.

I have received this message for the past three months with different numbers. The first time i almost actually fell for it. Thank god i was able to prevent these scammers from getting any money. But people have fallen victim to these guys. They change their numbers. Some people do have old debts that they have forgotten about. The first red flag is that even old debts, they do want their money but they don't threaten or summons you. They are willing to work with you any way that you works for you. These guys just want immediate information so that they can steal your money. Always look up the number that is calling you. You will see whether it is a scam or not.

I just received a message again. This is about the fifth time and been going on for months. They almost got me the first time. But i looked up the number and found that they are not legitimate. The red flag is summons in such an such time. If a company wants to summons you they will. This company is using that as a bully tactic. Creditors or lawyers that work for creditors will not bully you. They want to work with you. They don't act ignorant like these guys. Secondly if you have a legitimate old account they will provide you with that information as well as the original creditor. If you go to credit karma you will know whether you have old credit debts. That is how i found out of an old credit debt. I looked on after i was almost scammed by these guys.

They called and left me the same message. Said I needed to be ready to provide two forms of identification when they serve me...so obvious, makes me laugh.
