Continuous calls from this number.  No messages left

You could easily solve that problem by answering the call and finding out what they want and who they are. Then you could stop back and make a post that would actually help anyone searching this number out know what the call was.

General credit. They call about a debt that was already settled . I will try to find a lawyer to sue them for harassment.  And sue the banking institution for giving them my banking info regarding the debt

I have NO debt. Haven't for years! Clearly a scam.

Giving information to them is a big mistake.  They have give their information first by law. They are limited by law on way they can and cannot do

How would answering the phone be "Giving information"?

If ask for name and birth date address . If  you had a bad debt it was more than 2 years you made a payment they  can bring that debt up to date and take you to court  . To collect the money. Do not give any information.

If you have not made a payment in 2 years after last installment bad can not be collected . Bad is tax deductible . They cannot start calling everyday that is harassment.  They cannot threaten legal actions.  Do not give your name date of birth any information about a debt . I get calls about a settled debt. Have proof it is . I can sue them . I settled the debt with Scotia bank over 3 years ago. So when they I don't answer the phone. If they call your employer. Your employer has legal grounds to fire you from your job

General Credit Services Canada seeking to collect a debt from the wrong person and keeps calling the wrong number.

They keep calling leaving a Robo message for a Micheal Landon. Don't know anyone by that name. Careful people! Think it's a new SCAM.

You don't know who Michael Landon is?  Little House on the Prairie, Bonanza, and Highway to Heaven among lots and lots of other shows?

Same happens to me. They've been calling me and asking for someone I don't know ever since I got this phone number. Told them several times that they are contacting the wrong person, but the call continue.

If calls are from the same number, block it. This is a debt scam.
