This is a scam phone number claiming I owe for student loans. My student loans been paid off 15 years ago and I check my credit regularly. Do not respond to them.

I got a weird email from them, telling me that I am eligible for student loan forgiveness. The weird thing is I don't owe student loan. I have never had a student loan. I have only used FAFSA. They kept saying that if I don't call them now, that I will be permanently removed from their system and will not be able to get a student loan forgiveness.

That is spam mail that will quickly turn into a scam if you call them. 100% safe to ignore the call, block the number. NEVER call this sort of threatening offer back. That only gets you more calls.

ps - They don't have system to remove you from or to blacklist you.

Thank you. I got the same call

Scam about student loans. I don't have any

Can confirm. I was sent an email that was translated from Romanian which listed this number claiming it was for the StudentLoan Debt Department. Total scam, same people answering the phone and claiming they want to help get my student loan forgiven. All they want is your personal information.

Received e-mail in my dad's name for student loan debt. He has been dead for 9 years and was 91 when he passed. Definitely a scam.

I received one as well telling me I needed to call about student loans
