Latest one I have recieved, it came in the spam handler, I trash everything in there, if you are so gullible as to believe far far too good to be true offers, or stupid enough to reply to a premium rate number then you deserve to be fleeced!!

I keep receiving emails from this PUNK! and I am getting sick of it.  I block each and every email sent from and this PUNK comes back with a different email address with the same info. and phone numbers I have seen here.  I am so glad I found this info. regarding this scam.  I have two degrees, certificates and I don't need this phony info. they are sending.  Is there anyway of filing a law suit against this, I reply back so many times to stop sending me this junk and they continue to do it.  There needs to be a way for people to be financially compensated for this type of harrassment.  Please let me know if any lawsuits are being filed against this.

And now to add to this crap, the email address I replied to (Leona@alumni.insead.edu) has been returned undeliverable.  I am sick of this junk.  Is the FBI investigating these PUNKS?  Something needs to be done cuz I want this to stop.  So if you are the PUNK that is reading this, stop sending your dumb stupid meaningless emails out and the FBI need to investigate each and every email you send out cuz I am keeping a list to turn over to the FBI and have you blocked from using the cypber waves to bother people with nothing.

Obvisouly something is wrong with these people if they consistently violate ICANN laws, CAN SPAM Act, various other laws and many other terms of agreements and plainly human respect and decency.  Its easier to just respect the wishes of people who are not interested in this fake service and just stop. There are much healthier and better ways to make money. If you have the resources to scam, you have the resources to create a legitiamate business thats respectful and probably 10x's more profitable.

Do onto others as if you would have them to do unto you. Being a criminal is only temporary, until you get caught. Hide and run, but there are those who run legimate businesses and dont have to worry about that! Id rather take the latter!

I regularly call that number and leave threatening messages. It is a form of entertainment.  There is nothing the FBI can do. The vast majority of these scammers are based in Eastern Europe. They use virtual offices usually in FL, hacked emails, fake web pages, and the idiocy of the average American tea party member to fleece people out of whatever money they can.  The scams are so obvious, it takes an act of will (much like believing in God) to fall for one. You have to try and to be duped.

And really, the Tea Party wants this brought upon themselves. They want smaller government? Fine, cut the FBI and the division that handles cyber crime. That is what is really funny about the TEa Party, they want everyone else's programs cut, until they need to use it. Then it is untouchable.

Got spammed by this number 845-709-8044 and traced it to Jonathan Owens a pro spammer offering fake degrees.

Lodged complaint with FTC. Included this web site to show all complaints from years ago. I don't understand that they cannot be stopped and keep on harassing people.

The individual calling  sending out Spam and asking those to call him back  has an IP Address of     190.221.231.0

This IP address belongs to a small organized group in Argentina. This group is being watched by the American organizations for fraud, theft and possible corruption.

This spammer is a known Russian idiot that spams for a variety of businesses he runs. They include online fraudulent pharmacies, pirate software sites, counterfeit luxury goods and many other things all designed to relieve you of your money and steal your credit card. This scam basically sends you a fake diploma from a made up place. You pay $200 for that. Then your credit card is stolen

Don't reply to the sender. The sender email is forged by the spammer. That means he stole someone's legitimate email address. You can understand he does not want his real name in the emails. All you're doing is annoying the poor person who is getting thousands of returned emails they never sent
