Have been calling once a day for over week now even after I've told them we're not interested. They supposedly have a mortgage offer from GMAC and want to talk to my husband or his business partner.  They tell me it is a courtesy call - I'd like them to give me the courtesy of not calling my phone everyday.

e7f2who are these people?  the've been calling me as chartered marketing and something called intersection IN.  they called with an automated phone call saying they were my mortage company which they are not!!  beware of these people.  e7f2

The 847-368-7295 (INTERSECTION IN)is apparently a hyper-persistent marketing outfit selling accident insurance...tied to those who have mortgages with DITECH or GMAC.

the caller ID says Intersection  IN- they NEVER leave a message, but they call every day. sometimes twice!!!
all i know is they are calling from Arlington Heights, IL. you would think after alllll this time of me not picking up- they would 1. leave a message or 2. STOP CALLING

They call 4 to 6 times a day 7 days a week for the last 4 weeks. They never leave a message. Have file complaints with the DNC. Will try the BBB next.

This number continues to call,even after it has been requested to stop,on my phone bill show 53 days on the last 90 days almost 3 times a day,I was looking how to open a lawsuit on them,any takes on it?
