Would not leave message of who they were with person who answered phone.

Calls everday. I answered yesterday and asked them to put me on their "DO NOT CALL" list which she said she did, then they called again today. Never a message

Get calls from this number frequently.  They never leave a message and I have never answered when they have called.

They called and I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.  I called them back and asked who they where and why did they call because I am on the Do Not Call List.  They stated that my mortgage company (CitiMortgage) is contacting me through them and is offering me mortgage insurance.  They further stated that CitiMortgage has a right to contact me even if I am on the Do Not Call List because I am a customer of theirs.

This number has shown up on my caller id several times for at least the past 3 months, and they are calling at least 2-3 times per week.  I've picked up once to ask for a message but they would not even disclose who they are.  I'm on every do not call list (nationwide, statewide).  Very irritating.

Called, did not leave a message. I called back and as stated before, they told me it was CitiMortgage using them to offer me mortgage insurance.  I told them my mortgage had been paid off 2 weeks ago (which it had) and to please put me on a do not call list.  she said she would

Getting 8473687297 calls on regular basis.  Caller ID says "Intersection IN". Who is this?

Affiliates do not have the right to call. Only Citimortgage does. The fact that they are going through a company that does do business with you is irrelevant.

This is the second such call, the first time I informed the caller to NEVER call me again (2 months ago?).  But these folks (whom I believe to be criminals) naturally broke the law and tried again.

My wife received the same bogus call an hour ago from this number.  A man with a heavy Indian accent claimed:

-- That we were valued customers of Citi Mortgage, we were signed up for a promotional insurance program.
-- That we had two months to opt out, and that he was transferring my wife to an insurance agent for "more information"  (no doubt to steal information).
-- The phone number he gave for us to call to "cancel" the already applied insurance plan was:  1-800-251-2617.  Google reveals this to be a number associated with scams:  http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/259/RipOff0259829.htm
-- He claimed his name was Irwin BueNaoBra (his spelling of last name
-- He claimed his employee # was 6348014

I called citi mortgage and they claim NO affiliation with these people, and that they would NEVER solicit for this type of information.  I am on the national do not call list, as well as on Citi's do not call list (confirmed with their agent).

I advise other to call police and report this illegal solicitation and attempt at fraud.  We have already filed a report with the police, who recommend we put [another] credit watches, and warn that there is probably  not much they can do.

Also, please check with your mortgage company's fraud department, and watch all your financial accounts.  For conveneince:  citi's fraud department number is:  1-800-568-8207.

Called our home in the morning.   lousy connection sounded like a family member or very familiar.

Just to let you all know. I too have received many phone calls from this number. Actually 5-8 times per day. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I searched the internet and read the previous messages along with many other sites. I found that yes this is an insurance company and yes they received our numbers from our mortgage companies. I also found that if you were to call your mortgage company they would tell you that they are not affiliated with this insurance company. This is true, but they have a list that they give out for solicitation and this is how these people received your phone number. In order to stop the calls, you have to call your mortgage company and have your name and number removed from their list and ask that your name and number NOT be given to anyone, at anytime, for any reason what so ever.

Hope this gives someone other than me some relief.

another call from 847-368-7297 we are on the do not call list shows as telemkter on caller id.  This number belongs to unlisted no#  out of arlington heights , ill. land line user of ameritech .

They started attacking me a couple of days ago.  They are relentless.
I got on the phone with Citibank to opt out of everything!!

I have been getting calls from them as well.  I haven't answered.  But I too have a mortgage with Citi.  I guess they are the common link.  Thanks for the info.

Called me too.  I have forwarded a demand to Citimortgage to stop these calls.  If they fail to stop I will file a complaint with my Attorney General and do everything in my power to heap as much public ire upon this company as I can muster.
