Strategic Mediation called me from 850 952 9632 claiming they were looking for my sister for a pending civil grievance. They refused to give me their business address but wanted me to give them my sister's social security number. The phone number breaks to 3330 Northlake Parkway NE Atlanta GA 30345. My sister has no outstanding debt, nothing that would be a pending legal matter and has never applied for a pay day loan as I'm seeing many complaints stating. A few minutes after they didn't get their way with me, they called my parents trying the same thing. I have filed a complaint with Georgia Secretary of State Consumer Business and filed a police report (teleserv report for harassment) with Atlanta PD. I recommend you do the same if you are being contacted by the scam

Voicemail message that was left on my cell phone for my husband, who has been deceased for 2.5 years. Even worse is I didn't have this cell phone number when he was alive. “This message is intended for “… “. We have received a complaint in our office that he was responding it is imperative we hear from you immediately if you desire to handle this matter voluntarily contact mediation department at phone number 850-952-9632 please keep in mind if you fail to comply this will result in the forfeiture of your rights in this matter, it will be forwarded out to your local jurisdiction considered a official notification…”.
Caller ID says the company name is Acute Financials

Scam number do not answer.

Voicemail saying there is legal matters pending....etc. I do not owe anything to any company and this is the third time I have recieved the call but once for me, the other two were for a family memeber who has passed and a freind of mine ....scam
