Just follow your common sense. As for as I am concerned 400$ for filling an application form for the green card lotery to an unofficial company is crazy. Furthemore, on an US government official website are clearly stated that the lotery is for free, that there are no fees until you really win the lotery and that there is no possibility to increase your chance to win the green card. They also advise not to pay any money to any company which promises you increase of the chance to win.

They say it's for the American green card lottery.Giving your credit card no. over the phone is crazy.Keep them on the phone as long as possible - waste their time and money then just say no.

I have now received two missed calls from that number which is covered like some green card programm.. They keep asking you for your credit card number and if you say "YES" they will forced your bank provider with a sum of 463 Euros for me... Last time I spoked to a woman named Amber or something like that.

When I used mobile tracker it find me this info for that number

so that means:
   Number Available Since is the year the number got allotted by TRAI to the operator
   Network - This is the network operator for whom the number has originally been allotted by TRAI
   Location – is the area covered by the network operator for the given number (home network)

So never give them your credit card number if they ask you. Its fraud!!

I received a call from this number ..said it was from Hong Kong..I'm in USA western part...I believe its a scam...and they are really wasting their time...like they need to stop lol

I got a call from this number +852-1989-0078 - the weird thing was they knew my name. I asked who it was and laughed because it sounded like someone was on helium talking. They ended the call. not me. I'm in the UK.
