I received two calls from this number +852-3910-4100 but didn't answer for fearing it was scammers.
Subsequently I received email from Agoda saying they tried to contact me and asked me how can they contact and speak with me.
So I made an appointment for them to call me and same number appeared. This time I answered with confidence knowing it is actually Agoda Customer Service calling.
And their customer service rep was very polite and courteous.

They stole my money, I reserved a hotel room through them and my surplice was that there where no rooms available. They haven't refund my money

Yes, This is Agoda Customer Service, it's ok and safe,

I had 2 call yesterday but dare not pick up. Today they’ve called me again and I answered and the told me they’re from Agoda requesting my credit card details. I gave them, hopefully it’s not a fraud.

How did it go. I have booker a room in Budapest. First I got Mail that I had got The room. Then I  Mail that it was sold out. Contacted them an they confirmed again. To day they called, but I did not pick up before I cheeked The number, but I will not give them my credit Gard details over The phone. How did it go

Got problem with my card on hotel reservation.... After chat with care line they call me for new detail card.... Hope not scammer

It's legit Agoda, probably for worldwide.  I'm in Singapore and got reply calls from that number regarding my hotel bookings

What if the number is being spoofed? Seems the number is not that trustworthy. Best to be careful.

Scammer trying to steal money from my bank account and email addresses. Fraudulent activity!!!!! Beware!!!!!! Pretending to be AGODA as hacked my phone and could view my things
