I received a call from +852800521 twice. Is this some kind of a contact number when trying to make a call using the internet? When I answered it the other line was just silent.

i got the calling today morning ,the other side said  he is the workman of s.cn(名鞋库)and asked me give him the name of the bank im applied ,for  some reason ,it would cost me some money .At the same time ,asked me to Answer the phone.My question is, will answer the call using a mobile phone will not lose money。

Got a call from them. Big delay on the line. They claimed to be a consultancy company called EKG.

Received this number missing call 10 times on my office phone on Friday 10pm till 1045pm. they call every interval of 4 mins. that number left 10 message on my phone mail but the other line is silent.
