Rachel called our home as well. The number showing up on caller id was 561-414-8103 and the company name was SBA Towers, Inc. She said they had received our application for health insurance. We have not applied for health insurance.

My wife has been called three times from this number with instructions to call back - something about an account being frozen.

got a call  on my cell phone that my bank account has been frozen to put in last 4 # of ssn,do not do this at all it is a scam.

Received a text message saying our account had been frozen. To contact this number. No name

I got the same exact message, one last night at 10:45 and one this morning at 7:11.  It was an IM sent to my phone with the screen name [s m I ONE(TM] ) telling me to contact 855 216 4367 about a frozen account.

855-216-4367 texted we call it recording was stating debit card was locked they wanted info.      beware !!!!

I received a txt message @ 11:30pm on April 25 from this number saying my account was frozen. I don't have an account from them. Never applied for coverage or even requested information. I already have health insurance through my job. The txt said it was from 82880@vtext.com (s m i ONE( TM)) and to contact 8552164367. That the account # 478655-XXX was frozen.
