Answered as xfinity after I called from a number that was listed as Xfinity on internet. They set me up for service then  installers told me they were a scam, so did not install. Tonight they called me as  xfinity. I recognized his voice. Hung up.

This Xfinity caller said that they can resolve my current problem sooner.  I hung up and called back.  They picked up the phone immediately, which Xfinity NEVER does.  That's when I really became suspicious.  They just tried to call me this morning.  The recording sounded fake.  I'm

Called today after my service went down and comcast tried to fix over the phone and couldn’t. Setup an appointment then this number called with my information on my cell and said he could fix over tge phone. I hanged up.
How did they get all my info and phone number. Is Comcast’s security failing.
