It is likely a debt collector although I have never spoken to anyone.

Calls started when I had a dispute with Rogers over a final cellphone bill (Rogers cashed my cheque to settle the bill "in full and final settlement" and then they turned my file over to a collection agency to continue demanding a further $75!).

I am frustrated by Rogers for if this matter were to go to court, Rogers would be told to stop this harassment, yet the company can simply turn the "bill" over to a collection agency that calls at all times of the day, alternating between leaving no message or an automated "please call and this number and quote your file # etc.). I would never do business with Rogers again!

Called demanding I owe Rogers money on a non-existent account. Threatened to report the debt to the credit bureau. When I went to the Rogers store, there was no outstanding balance and my account was up to date. Have no idea why they called me...

I get calls from them 50 times a day. U answer and u press 1 and nothing. I just gave up on answering it. Waste of my mins .
If they want to get a hold of me then call me don't leave it up to a damn recording. So sick of them calling me. Almost ready to change my number for crying out loud.

They won't stop calling, and then they just hang up when I answer.  UGH SO ANNOYING!

Metropolitan aka MetCredit sends out automated calls from 1-855-329-9754 . Safe to call back if you are not the person they are looking for and request to have your number removed.
