This is a Collection's Co. for Comenity Banks Store Credit Card's Division. They like to call on Sunday's and repeatedly prank the heck out of a number('s) they think is connected to &/or allegedly pertaining to any Debt with any of credit they represent.

Four calls to date beginning last Thursday, Oct. 12th 2017. Need to know.

They will not stop calling from this number & it's very annoying - going to report as harrassment calls - they have the wrong person & was told.. . Name no where close to whoever they are looking for!!!

I received a call from a woman, named Iris, supposedly from Comenty Bank regarding the store, Meijer.  She was trying to contact all 3 of my adult children.  The phone number she gave me was 855 334 4196, extension 1246184 and said it was urgent that they call her by 8::00 mountain time.  Is this a scam or legitimate ?

Mrs. Lucky with Comenity Bank called looking for my daughter.  She called in on a Kansas number 913-312-3216, but left a call back number of 855-334-4196, extn. 1246375/

This number called my ex-husband looking for me. Him and I have been divorced for over 12 years. They didn't have my current address or the correct last 4 of my social. I told him I thought this was a scam considering I don't own any department store credit cards or anything of that nature.

Keep getting calls from scammers, 1st number was restricted, but later shows 800-749-0571. The lady won’t tell us who they are or what store they are calling in reference to, but they do ask for your name, date of birth, address, and last 4 of your SSN. Then they tell you to call back on another number for verification, this number is 855-334-4196 ext. 1246388. This is a scam, do not fall for this.

Woman calls says her name is Osborne from Commedity bank - its Sunday, its coming up as unknown number to call 8553344196 - this is definitely a scam and harrassment call for alledged debt, report this as its NOT the bank or representing the bank

How do you know it is not the bank? Their collections department probably has different hours then anyone else who works at that bank.

The 855-344-4196 started coming into my business a few weeks ago. People are calling asking for ext  or Commenity bank. I am trying to find out how this number is coming to my business and stop it. I tell people who call that is is a scam or a fake. We get 3 or 4 calls a day.

I received a voicemail from a woman, named Dian supposedly from Comenty Bank regarding the store, Pink.  She was trying to contact my adult daughter.  She called me by name on the phone message! The phone number she gave me was 855 334 4196, extension 1216508, and said it was important and time-sensitive.  Is this a scam or legitimate?

Before you call, ask you daughter if she has any unpaid CC bills at that store. If you read the prior posts, one thing that stands out is number of people are getting calls about unpaid bills for family member or an ex.  I find that suggestive of a scam.

If your daughter calls this number back, she should be VERY careful what info she offers or confirms. This could be either a phony debt collection scam, or some ID Phishing.

We’ve had 3 different calls from 3 different people from this number(ext 1512760 & 1513134). All asking for my daughter (who does not live with us) saying she defaulted on IKEA payment. She’s NEVER purchased anything from IKEA. They did not even have her phone number —she is a grown adult & hasn’t lived here since 1991!!! PURE SCAM!
