This number is from an automated Verizon survey:  After I spoke with a Verizon representative, I  received an automated callback from 855-396-3939, asking if I would give them feedback on my customer service satisfaction with Verizon.

I received a call from this number while I was on the telephone with Verizon customer service... a nearly 1 hour long conversation trying to fix a billing problem.  I can see why Verizon called me for a customer service satisfaction survey while I was still on hold with Verizon customer service...they likely did not want to hear what I would say.  That would be because the customer service department was explaining to me that the guaranteed rate I was promised to receive up to an including my bill dated August 3, 2018 was not going to be honored and Verizon would be charging me a higher rate than the one guaranteed and also would hit me with an early termination fee of $120 if I decided to leave Verizon before August 2018 due to the misrepresentation on Verizon's part!  You cannot call back that satisfaction survey number to leave a response!

I also received this call while I was on an escalated call concerning overcharges on my bill.  I wish I could have taken it.  The 1st rep I spoke with was horrible.  The supervisor I spoke with was ankle to resolve the problem after spending 40 minutes on the phone with me.

It is Verizon survey about my recent telephone conversation - I blocked it as I was treated horribly and I wasn't going to give that guy any attention.  He yelled at me and was nasty.

They are scamming [***] impersonating the IRS!

Caller had strong accent--message unintelligible. Think it's a scam. I did receive it after calling Verizon.

same thing happened to me

After a long call to resolve an issue of an undelivered new cable box, I got a call from a different 800 number from someone who wanted to know how the service was from the person I was on the long call with.  During that conversation, I got 2 calls (!) from this 855 number.  Apparently, this is a Verizon survey number.  Why call me when I am already on the line with someone asking me live survey questions?  This is typical of Verizon: their left hand has no idea what their right hand is doing.  I have told them to escalate my problems to senior management.  I have no beef with their telephone operators.  They say they will do so, but I suspect that my concerns go straight up to the 'cloud'.

I never answer calls from from Unknown caller.  Wouldn't you think that Verizon could identifiy themselves.  I was very satisfied with my experience and would have happily relayed that.

Keep calling - several times a week. I do not have Verizon and have not contacted them for any reason. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Caller ID comes up as "Unknown".

This number was reported as a SCAM.....

Received a call as well but did not answer. Not in my contacts I won’t answer.
