got a call but went to my voicemail

I received a call from 855-397-3388, Adrian James. However, my message they left me didn't apply to any free gift card or voucher for responding to a survey. The person told me that I was going to be referred to the authorities for attempting to fraud a financial institution and that I owed money. That they were going to take me to court.  I called the number and it picks up "ACS Offices"  I believe I had received these calls before and it's all a SCAM!! it's a collection agency and they want you to pay monies out but they don't provide you with any written notification.

I have aVoucher form walmart and I can not get .michealnoelprice@yahoo.com....or is WALMART SCMING  ME ?
