Consolidated tracked down me, my sister and my dad across the country yesterday about a claim on my dad.  The number they called from was 855-441-6195.  Same story as the folks above noted.  Said they were a pre-litigation firm and could only speak to my dad.  They did know his birth year.  I hope he did not give them any account numbers or his SS.  He has mild dementia and I am worried.

There newest telephone number is 855-519-9523 and 855-453-1018 guy named Frank Collins. Calling work informing HR and Receptionist has important documents for me to sign. When I called back asking for fax# for Cease & Desist all of a sudden no numbers that can be given out, nor is there even a Case# if there were actual court documents being served! However, they were dumb enough to leave me a detailed voicemail with their threats including the fact that my voicemail sends me a text with all of the verbiage. No worries on my end!

I also got a call from them and the guy says he trying to serve me but kept calling me by my nickname and called as a unknown caller. I called to the place where they said I have court and the court said I don't have court. So I told them I will wait to be summon. Straight out they said pay 50 dollars and they can set up a payment plan.
