This person keeps calling. They leave a message but don't leave who they are or who they represent.

They are from Commenity Bank and they are annoying and rude!

Yes. I got a threatening call from them. My father has a loan through them for dental work. Yes we are late with one payment which I plan to take care of this week. They were very rude and nasty with their message. Saying they have tried multiple times to call and get in touch regarding this “escalated” situation. This is the first call we have received and we are only late by 2 weeks with the payment. It’s not as if we are 6 months behind. This person left an extension which I called back and he was saying the message was not threatening. I wanted to know how much was owed but was told “I can’t tell you that or I’m going to lose my job”. My father is retired. He’s 77 years old. I’m just glad I got the call and not him. I plan to make a formal complaint with the bank.

Why not make a formal complaint where it counts? With the CFPB and your State Attorney General's Office?

This is not commenity bank! This is a fraudulent caller!!! Do not give them your information!

I received a call from them and give them my information. When they asked for my security code  of  my card something just told me do not give it. I told them I will call back and cancel my card immediately

Good.  Never give personal or financial information to anyone who initiates the call.  If you want to purchase something over the phone use the published number of the company and initiate the call yourself.
