I got a call from this number at least once a day. when I try to pick up, no one respond.
It's annoying!

We would like to report this number as we have a block on sales

they just call me know, and i told them i dont have an account with bmo bank scammers

I have had 3 calls from this # now & they hang up when I say hello. When I called back to see who it was it was a recorded message for BMO. I will be reporting it to BMO.

I received a call from this number today. When I called back I did get a BMO recording asking me to press 1 for English or 2 para Francais. I pressed 1, spoke to a bored sounding young lady and asked to be put on their internal DNC list.

Hope it worked, we shall see.

I've read that when people are calling this number back, BMO seems to be the majority choice who's on the other end... But I was just at BMO today and inquired about this number calling.  They told me that they do not handle their outgoing calls to sell insurance / accounts / RSPs in this manner.  Not only that, but I have received calls from this number after business hours in EST / CST / MST and PST.  So, while I can not say for sure that this particular number belongs to someone who is looking to scam you and your personal information, SURELY if it WAS the BMO and they were looking to sell you something on top of your day to day chequing account, they would almost definitely leave a message and a brief explanation why they are calling.  

Folks, chances are that there are just too many [***]-heads out there who are looking to scam and rip people off than we are comfortable with.  If there is a way your service provider can block the number, then you should do it.  Personally, this fruit-cake keeps calling my cell and NOT my home phone, which I find to be suspiciously odd considering land-line telephone numbers can be traced with ease while mobile numbers can not.  

In conclusion, the best thing to do here is:  1) Not answer and just erase whatever disgusting breathing he / she leaves for a message... 2) Block the number if you can... 3) Pull a Jerry Seinfeld and answer the call one time saying that you'd like to have THEIR home phone number so YOU can call them later.  However they respond when you ask them for their home number, you can reply by telling them "oh, I guess you don't want people calling you at home".  After they confusingly agree with your last statement, finish them off by saying: "Mm, now you know how I feel."

I keep getting a call, but it hangs up before I get to answer it.  I try to call it back, but it comes up with a message the cal cannot be completed as dialed.  Stop calling or leave a message.

This number 8554563102 keeps calling my cell, i noticed others say it's with Bank of Montreal but i have no accounts with them! how did they get my number??!!!

I called the number back... BMO t/m hospitalization insurance... I told the lady to take my number off their list, and she did it, but told me it would take a complete 30days before it is not in the system anymore!

So tired of this number calling me everyday all this month and always in the afternoon/evening.  Whoever calls never leaves a message and is probably another scam artist.  Will be reporting it.

This number is a 3rd party calling on behalf of BMO for insurance. When you agree they have to transfer you to a BMO representative. I took it since it is cheap and worth it, but never received the paper yet and they keep calling... Is it a scam?

Oh and don't worry I'm not stupid, they didn't ask for private info. They just confirm my address which they already had.

This number 1866 456-3102 calls me at all hours, during the day and at night every day or every other day. No one is on the other end of the line and then it hangs up.

This number keeps calling me 3-5 times a week, whenever I pick up there is no answer at the other end. This has been going on for months! It is frustrating to say the least and it needs to stop.
