Unsolicited text message: Thanks for ordering, please park in our togo parking on the patio side of the building. Text “HERE” once you are parked. Text STOP to opt out… (can’t see what else it says beyond that, not clicking and reporting spam)

I just got this same message today 12/28/2023. At 3:35pm I got a message "Thanks for ordering. Once here, follow the signs to TO-GO parking, stay in your car. Text the word "HERE" and parking number. Text STOP to opt out. TXRH"
Then, at 4:04pm I got "Your order is ready. Please stay in your car and we'll be out with it shortly. TXRH"

Not sure how they got my number but seems to be a scam. I just reported as junk. Odd though!

Do you seriously think that they need to actually know your number in order to dial it? Have you never heard of a wrong number?

Seems like they dial a lot of wrong numbers.

Well, when you consider that there are probably hundreds of different people inputting the numbers since they have 627 locations in the US then it would make sense.  All they need to do is be one number off.

Received the same text that my order was ready.  Scam

I got the same message. I did not order anything from Texas Roadhouse, either.

Yeah, it is  a real shame that people make mistakes and are not perfect like you. I bet that you have never dialed a wrong number in your whole life have you?

That’s the point that we are here DA! The texts are coming in without putting in an order. Get it now? Or you dumb?

I guess you must be the dumb one since I clearly said that it was probably a wrong phone number. Maybe you didn't put in an order (or maybe you forgot that you put in an order) but someone did and then when they sent the text message telling that person that their order was ready the entered the wrong phone number. I guess you can't understand that people make mistakes because you think that you are perfect and never make mistakes? I hate to burst your bubble there DA but you just made a mistake in that you can't understand clear and concise English. Now move along troll.
