Calling claiming to have legal papers and my failure to call them back will result in papers filed

Ignore and block, scam call!

Left message stating I needed to call back or suit will be filed and papers served

Call back or they will proceed with legal actions

Number called and said they were on their way to serve me with a property lien and papers court.
Had my address. Said server would be here with in the hour. Gave the number 202223621

Can you reply if they have or not?

I’m just curious if they are actually serious or a scam.

Message left was to call 855-659-3326 or papers would be served. I called, they said i owed 7k since 1996, 26 years ago, I laughed so hard!! LIARS! TEXAS, statue of limitations on any collection is 4 years!! Hahaha!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Getting same call and message today and couple days ago. Same call back phone number. I call bs. Don’t know how these people sleep at night.

The wanted to serve papers and threatened to proceed with court hearing without my knowledge

Called and left a message to call back and gave me a docket #. Spam!

Said I was being sued from chase bank master card. Knew info you would find on my credit report my car said they would come and get it. Asked if I had ever been sued by  anybody said no called me a liar it was my ex husband he had been sued but not me. Knew  my address . How can he have my info and where I live?

Your info, esp your address and phone number and SS# are available EVERYWHERE. All can be bought, stolen, hacked and available in public sources and of course, social media.

Gave a docket Number. Said we were being sued for $31,000 then said $28,000 then said he would settle for $14,000 in payments. Said this was a debt from HSBC bank from 1996 to 2001 visa CC card in TX. We didn’t even live in TX in 1996 to 2001. Rude would not answer questions and accused me of harassing him.

They cannot legally sue you or threaten to sue you in any state since the longest statute of limitations which is 15 years (Kentucky) passed 6 years ago.
