Texted, asking about if I'm happy with my health care

Asked about being happy with my coverage. Answered "no" (3). Asked then if I wanted to chat, answered "yes" and there is no response.  This is obviously a scam.

Same here but don't identify the plan.  Apparent scam

No one answered.

There was no connection at the other end.

I just received a call and this is the season when it happens,,,yet it is constantly happening...Don't know or recognize the number,,,DON'T DO IT,TAKE CARE

Received a text message this morning:
"Hi I am reaching out from your health plan to find out how our services been working for you this year."  They also give you 3 options to reply to or ask that you "text STOP to stop receiving messages."  An obvious scam.  I deleted the text without replying.

This is a PHISHING number. They are seeking further information and hacking your phone. They use a non-specific, broad company name. "My Health Advocate," but the grammar is improper and poor.
BLOCK AND DELETE further texts. DO NOT respond in any way!
