Call is from an "Unknown Caller."  David Adams, a location specialist has called 3 day in a row regarding some kind of claim that is about to be posted online with my social security number.  I am to call this number in response.  After the third voicemail the called was going to "come over" with paperwork for me to sign.

I just received the same message from a mary beggs

This is location specialist Mary Beggs calling you for a final time in reference to a pending claim. I have contacted you trying to get your name off the filing that is soon to become public record. I will be over to your home and job within the next hour to gain your signature to help move this filing along. You do have the legal right to contact the filing party prior to my arrival. Their number is 8557758442. Again, I will be seeing you soon.

This is a either a Process Service Scam or a Phony Debt Scam. Both start about the same way and the same crooks use both scripts with similar vague threats.
- This is NOT how a process server works.
- A voicemail or even a voice on the phone is NOT legal notice of a debt.

Do not call these crooks back - that only gets them to call more and the calls will turn nasty and they will harass you daily. Ignore the call, block the number.

No one is coming to your home or work place, but some of the more dedicated phony debt scammers will call/text your family members to apply pressure and intimidate you.

Outstanding! btw, one of the things these crooks hate is if you ask for their exact business name and their physical address for delivery of service. Most of the time your requests will be met with naughty words and a disconnect. Cuts down on future calls sometimes.

This number has been blocked in my phone for some time and yesterday they started calling again for a family member of mine regarding legal paperwork that they need to deliver to said family member.  I called and they said it was for allegations made against them however not criminal.

I received 3 voicemails from this same party named Tom Hanley from an unknown number from a person claiming to have urgent legal documents that just came in and someone is going to deliver them to me. He states that if I have additional questions to contact the following number: 1-833-251-4524. This number is associated with KP Consulting and Associates. He uses an tactics like stating the documents just came in from Dover and that we will be sending someone to your residence and place of employment, if they can't deliver documents to me at a specific time. He states we will be looking for you all over if we can't find you.  he told me someone would be coming to my house and if I was not there... to my job.  Nobody showed up.  He also called some of my relatives too.   I checked and don't have any pending legal matters.  Best bet is to file a complaint against this party with Federal Trade Commission and you could contact law enforcement too,  By the way KP Consulting is not an accredited business.  I checked into it and there are a lot of complaints against them too if you search the number or company name
