    no one speaks when you answer the call. i called back and wanted to verify who i was by giving the last four numbers of my social. said i'm not doing that, i don't even know who you are and why you're calling. no one ever leaves a voicemail. "we don't leave voicemails" well, obviously what you're calling me for isn't important

    The guy ask me who do I have the pleasure of speaking with , I said well who did you call he said oh hell never mind not very professional.

    Call back got "This call is being recorded please hold for next available agent."  Woman identified company as Diversified Adjustment Service.  As you said, they are debt collectors.
