Called from 419-365-2389. Stated that an officer was en route to serve me with a court summons within the hour. They used my maiden name and an address that has not been valid for 20 yrs. Told me to call 855-798-3358 claimed to be "Brookmere Associates" said that I would be sent a summons 2-3 weeks.... for a debt they claimed I have from the year 2001. When I said this was fraudulent he hung up on me.

First call said I was served on the phone on a lawsuit. Told to call 855-798-3358. Some clown said Brookmere Associates and transfer me to litigation. Litigation dude was rude and aggressive and spit out the wrong number for my S.S.#. I threaten them with the police and they hung up. Called them a bunch more in a row and they got real angry and started to put me on hold immediately. If these scammers call you call them back hundreds of time in a row to really get under there skin. Use a VOIP call so they don't know its you. Only way to get rid of these scammers is if we fight back and just harass the hell out of them.
