Receivables management is short for collection company calling to collect on payday loan. Acted shocked when I told him he was violating bankruptcy laws because I filed ch 13 and all creditors were included. Gave him attorney's name and number but he kept trying to question me so I hung up. Called my husbands phone right after. We didn't even answer. What an idiot because I'm notifying my attorney so he cas sue them.

This company called my cell phone and left a message about virtual terminal online card processing ?

I get a call from these guys every time I charge more than $100 over the internet.  My bank uses them for credit card charges.

We have a craft booth we set up at fairs to sell wood carvings and we use this company to charge customer credit cards.

My cell phone uses this service to take credit card payments over the phone.

Harvey just called me from this number, it is EZ Pay, a collection company who wanted me to settle on a balance today.  He refused to send me any verification of the debt and wanted me to pay the balance in full today.  When I told him I would only pay the debt once the debt was validated he terminated the call.

They called me twice, once on my cell, and once at work, but at the same time, 2 simultenous calls.  

They were using scare tactics to try to get me to pay the full balance without verifying anything.  I'm willing to pay any debt that I owe, they refused to prove to me they owned any debt of mine, therefore I'm not paying them until they prove I owe them the debt.

Left a msg on my cell stating his name was Jeff and he had a file to work on that was regarding someone I know and needed me to call him back asap, but said he couldn't leave me any information on voicemail.  He said he would be in meetings all day and that I could talk to any associate.  Doesn't sound right to me.
