i keep getting calls from an unknown number. they leave this number as a call back number. I have been getting these calls for about two weeks now. It is a scam but it is uneasy that they know all my personal information...

same message here. idiot even told me it would cost me twenty thousand in legal fees and two years in prison if he proceeds lest i pay him three hundred dollars!! lol. seems kinda harsh as far as punishment goes!!  ya okay.....click!!

This has been going for a year for me these people call from different numbers almost the same kind of message profanity and threaten calls each time

me too.  had over 50 calls because I keep hanging up on them after explaining I was at work.  they are continuing to call.  I even had my accountant tell them I was fired.  how do I stop this.  because I maybe fired if it doesn't stop.

I am going thru the same thing right now, they think I should be a man and I am a liar.  I am a woman so they won't stop calling me a liar and a [***] and all this crap.  my boss talked to them, my hr dept talked to them and they continue.

THIS MAN MUST BE STOPPED! Completely rude and unprofessional, constantly calls the hotel to look for an employee regarding a legal matter.......

Today, March 10th, this person with a heavy Indian accent called my daughter-in-law's cell number and then my work number, claiming that she had an unpaid payday loan, and that he was going to send all of her information to the courts. He called non-stop for about a half hour. As soon as we would put down the phone, it would immediately ring again. No one could even speed-dial that fast. The police officer at my work talked to him, and then my boss got on the phone and had some fun with him, calling him stupid, and asking for his girlfriend's phone number, etc. Funny, but not so funny. My daughter-in-law is from overseas and has only been living here for a year. Are they preying on newcomers to the country, or maybe getting information from the health care marketplace?

This individual identifies himself with Advance America as a loan officer, giving out and wiring fake $ to peoples' account and asking for green dot money pak, etc.  They are relentless idiots that need to be put behind bars and pay for their stupid scams.  They are just annoying calling at work.  I have reported them to FTC and FBI.  They also claim to be with law enforcement calling to take care of legal matters.  They are data breachers because they have all of the information about yuou.  This has to stop.  This individual uses the phone # 818-813-6021/855-894-5103 and 888.907-2505.

These people called my work number today. Said his name was David Murphy, and said I got a payday loan from US Cash Loans. He never told me how much I owe, but when I asked for a date that I got this loan, he said he had no information on it. I told him that is because there was no loan. He asked how I wanted to handle it and I told him I wasn't handling anything, there is nothing to handle. He got mad and demanded to speak to my supervisor. I have gotten these calls before and thankfully I have a boss who loves making them even madder. But he wasn't in today and the man kept telling me I was lying. My husband said I should tell them that their call is being recorded so there will be no problems when we go to court and see how fast they hang up.

Got a call from this number today at work. Wouldn't say who who he was but asked for me by name. I told him there is noboday here with that name he then proceeded to call me a liar and cure me out. I sat back and listened for a bit and couldn't help but laugh. These people are vultures and this kind of harrassment needs to be stopped!!!

I got a similar call last year; when I challenged the heavily accented man on his 2nd call, he got angry and swore at me and I hung up.  I then filed a complant with the FTC.   Hadn't heard from these people (must be him and his family and friends huddled in some cramped cubicle call center) until last week when I got 2 calls from 347-492-1868 (a Bronx NY number) from a heavily accented "James William", from some unrecognizable law firm regarding some unnamed lawsuit, who threatened that if I or my atty didn't respond, "..I can only wish you good luck as you will be sole responsible as this situation falls on you...".  I filed my 2nd complaint w/the FTC.  Today I got a message from a heavily accented "Kelly Smith" who had the same script, unnamed company and unnamed legal issue but this time she ended her threat with..."Have a nice day"....I had to laugh!!  So I will file my 3rd complaint.  But I'd really like to call these scammers back to tell them I know my Consumer Rights and that what they are doing is illegal and that they need to Cease and Desist from calling me again or else my attorney who is standing by will be filing a harrassment suit.  Uggghhhhh!!!!  So annoying but ridiculously funny if you are aware this is a scam.  BTW, the FTC has a consumer site and there was an article there that referenced this particular 855 number and what other scams to be aware of.

Man called claiming some legal case and threatening no bail and my friend would go to jail for 5 to 7 years if she did not comply.  Read about that this is a scam online.

person keeps calling my job and harassing me.. they say that I owe them money. His name was Mark Henderson.

They are a fraud, says he is a division of .the sheriffs dept and needs to speak with one of our employees. Says his name is John Carter, which is funny his name is so American sounding and he has such a strong accent..like from India. Also you can hear a serious call center going on in the background..He has called 2 days in row.

They keep calling my work...i work for the federal government..anybody that receives these calls should report the scammers to their state police..fbi is next

They called my cell phone 11 times in 13 minutes.  I just let it go.  They haven't left any messages.  I'm trying to find out how to block them.  I think they called my work one day and when I answered with the name of my law firm, they hung up.

I received a call from someone screaming at me about a legal matter  then transfer me to someone got back on the phone i'm asking what is this regarding - then i'm told to be quiet an listen

HWats really really awesome is when you call them back about 50 times in a row an throw profanities at them and they get scared to answer the phone any more , LOL I am having a ball with this every BAD name I can say every vial thing I can say and they get sooooooooo angry BUT they stay on the phone , LOL to much fun!!!!!!!!!!!

To funny.... They are to happy when you just keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling them back .... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha  I am sorry but this is funny
