Yup,calling to let me know my Verizon  appointment is on schedule......

Got a call from this number and "Verizon" rep left me a message stating he was calling regarding a service outage that my number has apparently called in. I live alone and I did not call in any outage. My service has been fine. I called the normal Fios number and was told it was a "reach out" call. Sounds like they are trying to scam people into upgrading services by sending out techs unsolicited.

It's spam if you never had verizon and never made an appointment. Your experience doesn't mean everyone else is lying. How can they confirm something I never set up?

this is Verizon. i called for service on my mom's land line and they are responding. i didn't pick up becasue i didn't know who it was.
