I received a call from this number say they were trying to locate my whereabouts . When I called this number back and asked her what this was regards to the lady started laughing and hung up on me. Gave me a case number 2014-2999921

I received a voice message so I  called back and listened to music. No business name was given just straight to message. I decided to leave message for them to contact me if this was a legit claim. I also commented that my legal representation will be looking into the claim. I agree on this being a scam.

I get a message at least once a week, that they are trying to locate an individual. They leave a case number and the phone number. It is a robotic message that is not capable of listening to our out going message to realize the so called individual they are trying to collect from doesn't live here. It is a scam. I did try and call the number back just to tell them to quit calling, but I got elevator music. I will probably try again so I can be a pain to them like they are to me. Maybe we should all rally together and call them and say we are trying to collect a debt from them.

Being harrassed by Robo Calls from this number. I called the number back and was given limited information. I advised them NOT to continue calling my number and that I will take my chances.  

Received a call from this number wanting information, but the scary thing was they already had some of the information.

I returned their call because they keep leaving threatening voice mails on our new number for our law firm. When I stated my name and a case number was pulled up, they asked if I was that person, I said no, I'm calling from my law firm to request ---- I was cut off and told to have the person call them and they would talk to her, not her lawyer, then disconnected. I just want them to stop calling and interrupting my work.  Obviously a scam.  An investigator of any sort wouldn't make such a demand.  They would provide a name and address to send your letter of representation.

Go the the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website and file a complaint against these scammers. They will respond and go after these phony companies.  This website was set up to help consumers with these scam debt collectors.  They have shut down and arrested owners of several of these companies.  

When I told the idiot caller the person they were trying to reach was deceased she asked "Who's handling his finances?". I dropped the phone.
