- Caller: Village Home Mo
- LennyThis # has called me SEVEN times today on my cell phone, including 5:47pm and 5:49 pm...2 minutes apart! give me a break! they have been calling me for months now, i never answer...you'd think they'd give up..or at least leave a message! I will answer the next time and give them a piece of my mind, this is harassment...
- donekeep calling - turn them in!
- Janis Monty-PalmerReceived call this pm. Female caller asked for me by name. When I asked for her reason for calling a number that is listed under "do not call" she asked for any other female home owner present. I explained that this had better not be a telemarketing call and that she should take me off any listing she has. Her comment was " better not be a telemarketing phone call... please" then laughed and hung up on me.
- Caller: refused to give co name
- daveunknown caller didnt leave message
- GlenI too am receiving calls from this number twice a day for someone I don't even know. I tell them that the person they are looking for doesn't live here and remove me from the list... But they just keep calling!
- Caller: VILLAGE HOME MO
- LauraI tried calling them back and they hung up on me. They have hung up and yelled at me when they call. I"M TIRED OF THEM! Jerks- as if I'm going to do anything with your company. What kind of idiots are you? When I say I'm busy and I don't want to talk then just say GOOD BYE!
- LauraI just sent the FCC my complaint.
- VirginiaThey call me several times a day for several days, don't call for a week or two, then start again. Don't leave a message, and hang up when i answer. Makes no sense.
- Tired of TelemarketersThey call here every day. A neat little thing a friend told me to do was answer the phone and tell them to hang on a second so you can grab a pen. Then, set the phoone down and just leave it.

- DebbiThis company has called over twenty times since we moved to this place. Won't say who they are and will not leave a message.
- Tonia NorrisI am sick and tired of this number calling my house over 10 times a day, then when you return the call no one answers. I left a message asking to please take my name off the list. If this persists different measures will have to be taken.
- Caller: Village Home Mortgage
- Tonia Norris replies to these people are lameThank you so much for the info, of course I called and he was not at his desk, but I will continue to blow up their phone as they do mine!!!!
- SSGTK replies to KATHYIf you still have a home phone, I would recommend paying the phone company for not listing your number. It use to cost me about $1.50 a month. Even 5 years later, I rarely got sales calls. You could always pick up the phone, lay it on the counter and press a number down (keep it down until you think they hung up) - it makes an awful noise in their ear. If they are still on the line, resume the sound. Sometimes I would pick up the phone, lay it one the counter and walk away. Return a few minutes later and vola! Seller gone. hahaha
- LMBCalls me several times each day. I am getting fed up. They never say anything.

- S.ROk relax all, first of all all businesses have a job to do and they are not doing anything wrong. Due to the Fair Credit Reporting act and the fact that the Real Estate Industry was once booming in the refinance market, now soon to be the Buyers market with all the foreclosures and prices dropping. Now I am not sure how it is in your area with the market since I live in a HUGE Military Town where the Market did not crash and we don't have the vast array of foreclosures that unfortunately a lot of our nation has. The calls will happen probably a few times a day from about a half dozen companies. So IT SEEMS LIKE ALOT OF CALLS! With the industry being crazy and people Refinancing all over the place if you have inquired about refinancing your home online at all, even thought about it and gave a phone number at all you will be contact due to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You fill even the slightest thing online (even if it is with your bank!) you will be called. Some of these companies are actually credible cause I used to work for one. Not this one but I called this company and called a Loan Officer, cultivated the situation since being that companies like this, YES have call centers so they can reach out to as many people as they can and sometimes there may be a glitch in the system and they need to know about it since they can make it a better system. I worked for a company called Foundation Financial Group www.onlineffg.com we operated similar to this company but they have call centers with those speed dialers and we didn't have anything like that. Before becoming a Loan Officer that is not only Nationally Licensed but am working on others state by state, I was in Marketing. It isn't fair to read how you all have been so rude and how some say "I don't know you" and blare them out when they are only doing their jobs. And they are in no way predatory toward you. They work off a trigger sheet that is released by one of the credit bureaus because in inquired about a Mortgage, a Car, a Credit Card, or anything on line. The girl on here that said that she is 15 and they are calling her personal number, honey did you try to get a credit card under their name and put your number, in essence they are asking for your mom and dad and not you. Sometimes lines can get crossed and I my company would have apologized but maybe came up with an opportunity for you to use the equity on your home to purchase a car and then not only do you reduce your rate, but you can cash out on the equity you have built in your home and get a great vehicle too. Some would go for it, some wouldn't. Also if you are already working with someone, that is why you are getting the phone calls too, but if you are working with Wells Fargo, BOA, or Chase good luck. You rate will only stick for 30 days and when needs to be reset your credit has to be pulled again in order to get your rate to stick. You know what happens when your credit gets pulled over and over. Ook and I know you will come back with I will have the refi done in 2 weeks. HA! If pigs could fly...in this day cause of all the REFI's going on you will hope that it gets through underwriting in less than 45 days! Then the other steps it has to go through with processing. I spoke to 2 of my clients once where one was working with Wells, and it has been 90 days and counting so he called and told them to can it, and went with my company and then a lady from VA whom was working with Chase and it had been 120 days and she was about to scream cause her hubby had just been diagnosed with stage 3 Lymphoma and the medical bills were piling up and the days just passed and no money from the value in her home to pay the bills. She needed a lower mortgage payment with a lower rate and cash out for those med bills. So next time you get that call, think back to if you inquired on anything that requires your credit being pulled know that you will get some calls. If you are a Minor inquiring about a credit card in your parents name and you gave your number, consider yourself lucky that they don't know that you had their credit pulled and they called your phone. I am sure you got an attitude and that is why someone got an attitude back, I have been there done that with Teens who think they are so grown and truth be told I am not a billion years older than you...I am old enough to know better and young enough to still be cool. If anyone has any questions please email me anytime at mschumann79@hotmail.com I will be glad to answer any questions you might have and if for any reason I am not sure I will guide you guide you to where you can get the answer. Thanks to all that have been open minded enough to read and learn something. In an economy like this when people need jobs and they have one so they can bring money into the house hold and all your haters that don't have enough time in your day to at least appreciate the fact that they have a job and doing what they are supposed to do. The Mortgage Companies that are small and don't have guns like BOA, Wells, GMAC and other branches, they are taxed out with their services and I promise you will be in Underwriting and Processing for longer than you can bare and after that process you will promise yourself you will never Refi again. If you give these smaller companies a try, check them out through the BBB, check out their sites and don't be afraid to ask the important questions. The Marketing people by law are prohibited from giving any advice or suggest a program for you. You would have to speak to a licensed loan officer. With rules and regulations that have changed so much over the past decade, it isn't just some schmuck sitting in his basement banking with fraudulent lending. We actually go through a lengthy school to become licensed. And it is way more than one test, once you reach national then you have to go through every individual state. If for any reason they violate anything that goes against law they would be in violation and can get all licensed revoked and pay a fine or up to one year in prison. So do you think they really want to put the company in jeopardy? I don't think so. So give them a chance if you want it to get done quick, efficiently, and honestly. Just do your research, and yes I have gotten calls from Village Home Mortgage and yes it has been silent and then go busy. Contact:

Just tell them what is going on. Businesses like this want to get ahold of as much people as they can and sometimes just like humans the system can mess up and they won't know unless someone says something. Who knows...you may think that you are taken care of with your bank...but I checked this company out. They were my competition out there and they seem legit. So if you are ever needing anything with Mortgage Needs Contact www.TodaysLendingRates.com or www.onlineffg.com they are both A+ with the BBB and they are Government Backed servicing FHA, VA, Conventional, ARMS and anything that is going to fit your needs. They both will give the best of advice and suggest what will get you in a better situation. Thanks for your time, and take care.- Caller: Village Home Mortgage
