Confirming this is Scripps calling to (at least in my case) confirm an upcoming appointment with my doctor.  It is automated and there was a message that was left.

I got a call from this number this morning.

How do I stop these daily calls to my child's phone?

My experience today is that this is not a robot.  The gentleman calling my office this afternoon from this number identified himself by name and as allegedly calling from Scripps Clinic Foundation then asked for specific information which I provided.

I have used this hospital in the past but they do not have my cell phone. I do not have any upcoming appts and there is no reason for them to call unless it was a wrong number. It sounds odd that when you call back you get a message center letting you know they called but that they do not accept calls ?????

I recieved the same call, and the message I recieved back was This is a Scripps Medical Facility and it cannot be identified, this being an automated message from Cox Communication I guess

This number is a scam people!!! Do not five out any infomation!

It's not a scam.  It's Scipps Clinic.  They called me this morning and asked for one of our employees by name.  They were returning her call and request for them to fax her blood work to our office, which they did promptly.

This is not a scam. Just got the call this morning didnt answer cause i was too late. It was a scripps number my mother works there. But i dont see why its for appointments because i dont schedule any under my numer. The only reason i see it was for a job opening. Other than that mot sure. But its scripps not a scam

This is an outgoing call from Scripps (Nuerology?) to confirm or set up an appointment. If you return the call, you will get a recorded message explaining why you are getting a recorded message ;-)
