Several times during a day calls with no message left..I'm blocking it right now.

this number is not even calling my cell phone its calling a text app which allows calls and texting in which very few people have. No idea how they got it. do not deal with banks so i do not have accounts anywhere.

Called my cellular. Didn't Even leave a message.

Calls repeatedly, several times a day & on weekends.....finally left a vague message "It is very important you call Citi regarding an important matter with your credit card issued by Citi, it is not a sales call. You can reach us at 1-866-609-8298, any agent can assist you".....wonder if this do not call block would help?

REMINDER.....  all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls.....YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS

I have got 20 plus calls from the phone I never answer and their don't leave any message

My cell phone has been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2009, and it doesn't seem to slow the number of telemarketers and scammers calling me. I used to report them but nothing ever happened so why would I waste my time?

They call multiple times a day and never say anything when answered.

Calls with no messages...then another asking for my information to pay a bogus invoice

These people have called three times over the past two days and asked me to go to their site or call them since I was a Citibank customer.

Cal four or five times a day and never leaves a message.

I receive several calls everyday.  I don't answer it because I don't know the number.  They leave a voicemail for me to check my Citi Bank account.   I don't have an account with Citi Bank.  How can we get these calls to STOP!

This phone number keeps calling about every two hours and want say anything and we are sick of it we will get our getting our lawyer involve if it don't stop

Received a call today that left an automated phone message basically saying "we know you are busy but we need you to log into your citi account" and gave a web address that I listened to 3 times but it never took me anywhere when I tried to go to the URL.  The message also left a number to call.  I don't have an account with Citi but was worried it had something to do with my company credit card then realized that isn't Citi either.

They claim to be from Citibank, even after I called and spoke to the REAL Citibank and got everything straightened out and was informed that this was a scam, I called them back to yell at them and they still kept up the charade! DO NOT give these people any info!

This number keeps calling me daily asking me to call Citibank about my account.  I don't have a Citibank account.  When I answer live, there is no option to speak with a human.  If you call the number there is no option to speak with a human.  Just enter info, which I will not do.  I believe this is a scam

Total BS no one in my household has accounts with citi nor chase banks-

screw this bunch...They call incessantly from 859-309-5126  purporting to be with Citi, the call is already running when i answer the phone and there is no way I'm calling or responding...they leave no valid message...a bogus scam
i know the telephone companies could stop this crap but don't care or wouldn't care.
maybe the public outcry via the FCC will address it ...if it was a felony to mis-represent a bank or financial company (along with a reward for reporting them) we'd be in better shape  as a nation.l
