This number calls my cell phone at least 10 times a day, every day for the last week. When I answer, they say they are calling about my computer or about Windows on my computer. They start calling as early as 6:30am and end as late as 10:30pm. Every time I answer, I tell them "I'm not interested. Please remove my number from your call list and stop calling me." They hang up before I can finish. I think maybe so they can argue that they never heard my request for them to stop calling. I've tried ignoring the calls, but it just seems they call even more often if I don't answer. I'm pretty much fed up with this. Especially when they call so early in the AM and late in the PM. I have small children to take care of. I don't need my phone ringing incessantly while I am trying to put them to bed, or not wake them up earlier than necessary.

I just got a call from this number and a recorded message said it was New Mexico Taxation and Revenue and to stay on the line for the next available agent. Call disconnected before anyone came on.

They told me they were in Washington, D.C. Told me I was getting a 9,000 dollar refund.  They used my mothers name which has never been connected to my mother.  I told them to send info in the mail.  Don't give information over the phone.  Beware of these scammers.  My god the effort that goes on with these people is incredible.

Getting calls coming into my cell 2 or more times a day from 86282452253...spells out unavailable. Have my phone company working on this to trace the number back to the real number as this is just a number used to cover the real one.  Pain the kibutski!

I got a call from IL dept of revenue but my cell displays this number on screen?!! What the deal?  the person is authentic from IL department though.  I thought it might be the phone company mess up.

P.S.  the reason the IL dept of revenue called is because I called them first and left a message for them to call me on my cell.  Few minutes later this number shows up and I answered it is the right person I was looking for though.  Weired.

This number been calling me and leaving no message and when I return the call I get no answer. It seems like a scam.

I think these people are from Africa.  They are calling England too and they show a map of Africa where the calls are coming from.

I have just been notified that this number is from China!  Who do we believe!  China!  And to think everything we buy in this country is from their country and then they have to harass us to death and try to scam us to death.  Give me a break.  No wonder nobody understands what their saying when they try to talk to you on the phone.  It's not like our American Chinese who know how to speak.  Crazy Communists!

I lived in China for 4+ years, and I ca recognize their accent in less than a second, besides the number starts with 86 (which is the international calling code of China)... However, I got a call from them today, the person who's talking  claimed that he's a technical person from Microsoft and they are detecting some errors in my windows... actually the way he's lying was very funny, and and played him a little. then he started to give me a URL to download a program that we'll remove mu windows error, so I said, do you mean www.fu@k you.com. He said yes you got it right, sir... so I said, then go fu@k yourself now. then he hung up, after a good 15 minutes pretending that I'm the stupid they are looking for.

Got a call from this number for the second time and tried calling it back saying  phone has been disconnected

I just got a call today from this number. I'm not sure who it is or why they're calling, but the fact that it's long that a normal number makes me think that something strange is going on. Hopefully we'll find out soon what it is...

I received call & noticed it had no dashes.  This number is 11 digits long, not a regular 10 digit US number.  It may be routed through another country.

I just scream on the phone.  Very, very loudly.  I also use my whistle when it's nearby.  But, it is India calling.  They want to swindle you like they have swindled thousands of us already.  Huge phone centers in India.  Legal American Indians purchase thousands of blocks of phones from Sprint, Verizon, etc.  When investigators here tried to interview these Indians they would not answer or they would run away.  These men live in very rich areas throughout our country.  These call centers know a great deal about us and they'll try to get 100 or 1000 from you.  Elderly women were crying on TV after being swindled by these criminals.  I refuse to purchase any products from India now.  But, honestly, get a whistle, or if you are able to, scream as loud as you can into the phone.  We're sick, we're tired, and we're not going to take it any longer.

Some kind of scam... just started tonight calling.

This number keeps calling my cell every  hour, and when O call back it says its been disconnected and when I did answer it hangs up. How do I get rid of this # 86282452253

I have been getting calls from this number several times a day for  a few months. Verizon does not recognize it. I have not answered it since it appears to be invalid. Is it a scam/virus? how can I block it?

Weird that some of you said it was a state tax dept. Just got a call from this number and it's a Saturday, so it's definitely not the government. I have a Verizon iPhone, but it's not new. I did not answer nor did I get a message.
