First of all I work there and know all 8 people who and know that what you are claiming the person that you talked to had said that to you is a lie! We have every respect for everyone who we talk to! If it's the wrong number we remove it! We work with people to pay their debt we don't lie to anyone! People get mad because we call and curse us, call us names we are the one being abused when all we are doing is our jobs because some people want pay their bills!!!

Turns out our local hospital turned over old bills to them to collect.  One of these bills was paid in 2012, the others are on a payment plan.  Now to call the hospital accounts payable office.

Repeated calls each day. No name no voicemail.

what a horrible way to represent your company.. Hell no I wont pay my bill especially with a dumb [***] attitude like yours!

uneducated people? I hope this person doesn't mean SC. If we are so uneducated then why do we get the best manufacturers like BMW, boeing , and many others. just pay your bill!!

If you want me to call to call you back you need to say more than just you're calling from Datatrac.  You need to tell me what bill exactly you are calling about.  I need more information.  

No wonder everyone is griping about your company, you can't even type coherent sentences. "...SOME PEOPLE WANT PAY THEIR BILLS!!!" ? I think a shred of professionalism would go a mile with your company. Wow, way to be a professional mature representative... if you were my employee you'd be on your [***] for even responding to a thread in this manor and giving my company a black eye.

I received a voicemail from this number. It was a man stating his name was Tony Brewer and left a different return contact number of 8553466644 ext. 120 and file number 6895975. The man didn't state the purpose of the call, just said it was very important that he speaks with me. These crooks didn't even have my first name right. Talk about professional idiots!

You must work there. These scumbags ARE NO BETTER THAN ME or any of the other people they are trying to screw over with their deceptive calls.  They owe as much money as we do and then try to deceive and sneak around with us hard working individuals to see how they can get our money.  It's so easy to sit at your little desk and demand that people "pay your bills", "don't take out loans if you can't pay them back",  blah blah blah.  Let me ask you something lady.....do you really think that if people had the money to pay these bills that they would rather just not pay them because they enjoy having companies with these arrogant little ****s calling them three or four times a day?  I'm sure they just love talking to them.  Or maybe they just shouldn't have had that heart attack that landed them in the emergency room.  They knew they didn't have the money to pay for that hospital stay, so shame on them for having that heart attack!!!!!  
And as for the guy who took out that loan and didn't pay.....He should have known that his company was going to close it's doors and go out of business after he took out that loan.  He knew he was going to be unemployed six months down the road, and wouldn't be able to pay off all of his debts!    He surly deserves to be talked to like a dog by some little paper pusher who lies, and tricks people into giving them all of their personal information so that they can take their money from them for a living!  
I know bills have to be paid, but lady, for the love of god understand that people don't disregard their bills just because they want to.  Most people really do try.  And they do it without taking a job where   being a scumbag liar is a plus.  They are usually hard working people who have fallen on unforseen hard times, or a tragedy has effected them in some way, in turn effecting their financial standing.  
I hate to see a good person loose their job, that's why I don't feel guilty saying that I hope this company goes bankrupt, and put out of business right after the rude sob's that work for them go out and rack up thousands of dollars in monthly payments!  That way you all can see what it's like to be on the other side of one of your phone calls!  God forbid their is a medical emergency you won't be able to pay for.  I wouldn't wish that on anyone....even these scumbags....but karma always pays a visit eventually!

And I guess your mr.perfect.  You don't know anyone's situation.  To tell someone to "just pay your bills" is asinine!  You don't know I'd someone has raced up that Bill after stealing their identity, maybe they owe a medical Bill and couldn't control the fact that they had kidney failure and had to go get treatment they couldn't afford just to stay alive.  Maybe someone got laid off from their job and couldn't pay done kind odd bill, or maybe someone had a spouse that died and left all the bills for them to pay!  Point is that you have boo idea!  "Just pay your bills"  ha!!  You can't give something you don't have!  And yes it is harassment for your company to keep bothering people who have nothing to give you.  And their is such a thing as legal aid for those who can't afford attorneys.  You sir are a snob.  You tell everyone to "just pay your bills" but how about you just "change your attitude and come off your high horse".  Maybe then you could have some compassion and see that these people don't choose to just "not pay" .  Usually in order to keep food on the table for their family, defaulting on a payment is the only option.  I'm sure you have NEVER defaulted on a bill.  If you haven't, then good for you.  But, there will eventually come a time when you need some compassion, or just plain respect and understanding from a bill collector somewhere, and I hope they ring your phone off the hook to the point where you won't even answer the phone or check your voicemail (like most of us have been driven to do).  I hope they tell you that they wouldn't have to bother you if you would "JUST PAY YOUR BILLS!!"

I bought this Trac Phone last fall.  I have given the number out to a few people.  Data Receivable Recovery (collection agency) keeps calling me.  I explained the first time (to a live person) that I do know have any debts and they have the wrong person, but they call every week.  

I never bother calling them back.

I just got a call and heard music on the voicemail. Don't waste my time. Second to the idiots that work there its not that people are trying to get out of paying bills. Some can barely pay their living expenses  how about be a little sensitive to someone's situation. Ugh I hate rude customer services people. Oh and the 40 dollar person yea pay the doctor directly not the debt collector they will never close it out even if you pay it

I am constantly getting calls from this number. I do not answer and they leave a message claiming to be a debt collector, but they do not even state who they are trying to reach. That seems fishy to me.
I pay all of my bills on time and have no outstanding payments, so I have no idea why they are contacting ME. I have had the same phone number for over 10 years so there is no way they are attempting to contact someone else.
I would REALLY like to know how they got my number and why they keep harassing me. Completely unacceptable.

Called my cellphone and my work phone. When I called the number back, I gave my name and said someone called me and I want to know who. I was told it was Robert. He asked me to verify my social security number and when I refused he hung up. I called back and asked why he hung up, he got rude so I told him I was blocking the number and not to call my job ever again
