Answered the phone and they hung up

I have had this number call several times with no one on the other end of the line.  Today a live person, who called me by my first name, said they were from "Public Awareness".  That means nothing since there are numerous "public awareness" campaigns.  The caller ID shows 'unknown name".

calls two or three times a day. scam

Female gave her name and said she is with "Kids Advocacy Network". There is not listing that I can find for this organization. I hung up on her since she's obviously a telemarketer. Do Not Call Registry means nothing.

I answered the call from 865-230-8322   Unknown caller on caller ID, she identified herself as a "paid solicitor" for  some children's charity.   I told her I wasn't interested and hung up.  From the research I've done  "paid solicitors" and their employers usually keep better than 90% of the money donated.
