I've done some digging on this number bc iv had it calling me since july as well ! I found out its a calling card and the person is using it for prank calls to my phone and about four other people in the group I chill with . We've been getting these calls for over four yrs. They've told me if I don't stay out of this I will end up face down in a ditch and I've tried the cops they won't do [***] till I get hurt or I hurt one of them and bc I've got a old record I will got to jail again and I don't want that . I've even tried the news stations for help and the local MPP and still nothing ! If anyone knows the owner let me know pls !!!!!!

Hey I know who it is ! Its two girls in milton ontario who think its funny to prank call people ! The names are Caroline Peers , and Rachel Charles ! I have 9 police reports on them right now

this number has been showing up on my cell bill, and says the location is china.  somehow these texts are being sent from my phone to this phone number. i don't know anyone in china, and didn't send these texts. its currently under investigation.

If you look at the numbers on your phone keypad, they spell out "UNKNOWN NUMBER"- it is probably just some scammers. Don't answer because they will rack up your cell phone bill charges. Block the call if possible.

yea i found out the hard way im deployed to afghanistan right now and that number ran my phone bill up to 0ver 300 dollars because it costs me 5 dollars a min to make phone calls and t mobile wont do anything about it because they said they are lagitamite calls that i never made

Got this call on my Blackberry. Showed up as "My profile" with unknown number. Called back and it s a recording in Chinese.  Reporting to my mobile phone provider.

I will give you some info because I've been dealing with this [***] for 6 yrs now and I have the most info to give . The number is a U.S.A sell provider . I know of one other number they do call from its 18283686237 and then you have this one which is 16696686237 they both have a 3 digit prefix number at the start of the phone number , I have 13 police reports on these same people

Ive been getting multiple text messaging charges from China along with the number 8656696686237. They are being charged as outgoing text. Ive read that this has also happened to others & wanted to know if there's anymore info about this?

Contact your service provider, see if they will reverse the charges and block third-party providers, premium SMS and international calls. Also have them check your phone to see if it has malware on it from a scammer who hijacked it. You will have to call them from another phone, and they will walk you through the process of removing the malware.

I just got a Blackberry Bold and was going through it to set my preferences when I discovered the very same thing. WTH? I'm very suspicious of the purpose of this and now that you mention the same, I upset about it.

this morning, they call me too. many times in one day. the first i just ignore it and reject it. but he kept calling me and it really bothers me. I became tired and I have downloaded the application call blocker. its very helpful :)
