My mom kept getting phone calls stating that I owed money to a credit card. She provided them my phone number. I received a call From 303-333-9999 out of Denver, CO, someone by the name of Mr. Lawson (wouldn't give me his first name) was very adamant on getting me to pay this settlement today or legal action and jail time would come. Gave me a number to contact them back at which was 704-489-3303 out of Denver, NC this time. They processed a payment for the amount owed, came back on the line and stated "thanks" and hung up. They refused to provide any documents when I asked, they refused to give me an address to send a payment to, this company is FRAUD!! I have cancelled my card and reported it to my fraud department.

Damn fools , one of them are trying to get me but the Feds are on them .

Stop your insider fraud "got scammed", you are one of them and here is the deal.  I don't care how bad-ass you think you and your scammers think you are.  You are dealing with me now.. I know where you are, I owe no one anything but now I am your "collector".  You will pay me now.  Tell D. Hood I am on the way.

I kept getting calls from Hood and Thompson Associates 1-855-811-9253.  I talked to a worker name Tasha who stated that they were looking for a family member. She gave me her contact number and extension asking for my family member to call back.  She said there was a civil complaint on her and that she needs to call immediately..... Sounds fishy to me.....

I also got a call from hood and thompson other day looking for my husband claiming he had a credit card through orchard bank which we never heard of and that he didn't pay an 18$ statement from 7 years ago and now owes 900$ because of interest.   We didn't have any credit cards then and never got and letters by mail like they claimed. . It is all [***]  ... my mom  works for a courthouse and got a attorney involved  ... .. these people no good.... and full of [***].  SCAM

My ex sister in law called me yesterday to tell me that someone had called her cell phone and was looking for my daughter as she was a "defendent" in a case on her desk.  My sister in law immediately contacted me and today I tried to call the company and could only get an address in S. Carolina.  My daughter said she had received a threatening call from them about 6 months ago, but they never told her what the debt was from and they swore at her and called her names over the phone........screaming at her.  I want these folks on the 6 oclock news!!!!  My daughter said they also contacted her boyfriends brother........I think this qualifies as harassment.
