They call and ask for me, then ask me to verify the last 4 of my SS # when I say no they hang up and call a week later!

They have my number for someone else and I can't get the customer representative to do anything.  Try this:

Go to their website,  http://www.hlschiffpc.com/index.html, and call the receptionist.  If you get a little rude she'll bend over backwards to get your phone number removed.  I also went to the Contact Us page and sent an email explaining the situation - just in case.  I also closed with the comment that if the calls didn't stop I'd register a complaint with the CT Consumer Protection Agency (complaints at http://ct.gov/dcp/cwp/view.asp?a=4302&q=506512).

Give it a try and see what happens.
