on july 19th 2011 there was $30.00 debited from my account and i never gave permission to anybody to take this money out......whos doing this.

I too was taked for $30! I spoke to a rep who kept saving I agree to this. I let them no want my money back and filed a BBB complaint. Will speak tomy bank to see what they advise.

The same thing happened to me! Im so livid right now I can hardly see straight. I spoke to my bank, and they pretty much have thrown it back to me to deal with. After I reclaim my stolen money; I am closing my spineless bank account.

I also got the same issue.  Got and email "receipt" for the $30 payment on Saturday.  Called first thing Monday morning and demanded an refund.  She finally processed the refund after first trying to sell me stuff.  I got a refund number and was told it would take 20 working days to get my refund and then hung up on me.  I read up on them at this site and called them back.

I was very demanding and requested a supervisor. I got someone who might have been but also could have been in the next desk.  Anyway, I told them that they took the money without my authorization and took it in one day and I wanted it back with 2 days or I would report them to the AG's office for my state and their's. The girl told me that she had 'updated" my refund status to urgent and would be back in my bank account within 2 days.

I'll keep you all posted, to see if they follow through.

Same thing happen to me.. checked my account and 30.00 taken that I did not authorize. They says I applied for a payday loan so this is a membership fee. Gave me a fake authorization number and says my money will be refunded in 10-20 days. I also advised it took you 1 day to take my money but 10-20 to refund it back. I am definitely reporting these people. Who charges you a fee of 30.00 membership for applying for a payday loan. I asked to speak with a manager and the foreigner says no!!!! I will be going into my bank today to change my account.

Screw even bothering with calling them. I KNOW I didnt autorize it and its apparent they are scamming a bunch of people. I went straight to my bank and explained. They investigated and had my money returned to me by the end of the week. I am sick and tired of this BS. I cant even change my account number because my identity is currently stolen and being used. I change accounts and they access it. ^%^@%&^@&%#^ Frustrating. I feel so helpless and so.... unidentified lol

I went on my account just this morning trying to see how my money was doing and noticed this random "Check" for 30.00 on my account summary. I don't have checks... I immediately called my bank and looked up this number. . . .
It says "Payment Assistance" on it too, but what are they assisting me with if they are taking away my money????

I have the same thing done to me, called on the 20th of last month said would refund
still no refund called again and told them it better get done or the next call would be from
the Authorities! Has any one got their refund? I will let you know if I did on the 20th of Aug.

$30.00 was withdrawn from my account and i have NO idea how they got my information i didnt eve get a call from anyone i got the phone number from my bank

This company took 30.00 dollars from me as well I WILL BE GOING TO THE AUTHORITIES TODAY!!!!!

you have never gotten the authorization to debit my account for anything..I don't even know who you are! will be reporting you also just like all these other people have done. I have been getting calls from this number according to my caller ID and there is never anyone on the other end.

Same thing here, $30 debit from my accout. Bank gave me the phone number as that was the only info given with the "payment assistance" debit. Call the number and im told they work for many companies, and I cant get any info until I give them my name and number, give them a fake number and e mail i havent used for years and they supposedly are sending proof my contract with them is cancelled. When I ask to be e mailed some proof that I gave them permission to debit my accout he rattles off a phone number for me to call. He gave me the same number I just called, when I point that out I get the run around and he can only repeat that my account has ben cancelled. After 10 min. of arguing that I want my proof im put on hold and left to rot there. I dont know who they are or what they do other than steal money...I have reported them to my bank and put a stop on my account and luckily were reimbursed my charges. I hope everyone else is as lucky.

Deducted $30.00 from my checking account on August 9, 2011 and as of this date 8/30/2011 I am still ing trying to get a refund since August 15, 20011.  I did speak to someone and they inofrmed me it would talk 7 to 10 business days,and as of today is over 10 days.  They also have someone to answer that you can not understand and as your telling them no they are still trying to get you to try somethng us.  All I want is my refund and I even have a refund nubmer.

i have tried everthing to find out their  name.  they got me for 30.00 and overdrew my checking account now instead of a loan.  i am overdrafted.  dont stop looking for them and call the fcc

Yeps. I did acquire a loan from online bank. However, this 30.00 PST payment assistance debit showed up in my account activity two days after my loan deposit was posted. Questionable. I know there's no way in getting that 30 dollars back and I'd rather not have to chase them down. In the very least I had the representative at company X verify three times this is a one time theft... Duped.
