Your complaint will help the CRTC investigate the telemarketer and could lead to the imposition of penalties of up to $15,000 per infraction.

National Do Not Call List won't work since they're behave of Rogers and you do have business relation with them. CRTC is really useless to protect the right of us Canadian. They protect the large company more then us civilian. Visit this site for more information about what CRTC did to us Canadian.

I discovered through this page that this number was probably a telemarketing company that rogers had given my cell number to. I then answered the next call and told them to stop calling me. then I called rogers customer service and strongly expressed my feelings on how i felt about my number being given to telemarketers. The calls stopped for about a month and have now recommenced, twice a day every day. currently looking for new service provider.

That number has called me twice already today. I suggest everyone call rogers everytime they get a phone call from these people. I dont know what else to do.

IF anyone knows anything on the legal side we could do please post the info.

Rogers Wireless hiding behind an 866 number

You can go to this site and fill out the job application and tell them what you think.
If 100 people a day do this that will cost them time and money.

At least they will have to waste their time reviewing it like they waste ours.
They are a call center and harass people. If you try to find a number for them good luck. Low lifes at best.

ITS ROGERS WIRELESS.  They keep calling me while I am at work.  3-4 times a day.  It is quite annoying.  They need to just leave me a message so that I know what they want.
